When I bought my first web serivce in 1and1 I had a lot of problem launching my website, regular downtimes and a lot of chats with tech support, after few weeks everything went fine and I launched website, since then I haven't got any more complains. So I would recommend this hosting if you have enough patience.

If everything would work perfectly , price would meet his product. But if you face any kind of problem, just hope that tech support knows the answer,because when I call them they don't know a clue how to fix anything.
All issues must be always delivered to higher lever support via e-mail. And you have no contacts of higher support. You can't complain to any supervisors, only e-mail to general company mail. Past 30 days was nightmare, because no solutions to my problems nor any other help. I offer you to avoid such hosting.

1and1 used to be good company, but it seems by years passing by it got slow and ineffective. And now they have temendous red tape. Whatsoever they increasing they prices slowly, when other companies decreasing them. It's sad that such good company going down.

Services are really great. I'm owner of two small websites for 4 months already and haven't faced any huge issues yet. Tech support is friendly and supportive, they help me with all issues I have. I give 4 of 5 because, I would like to ask 1and1 that they decrease their prices.

Haven't seen more horrible hosting services in my life! Tech support don't know any solutions to my problems, always saying that have to contact higher support and then don't respond and if they respond, they tell that they have informed higher level supports about my issues and they will contact, but they not contact me at all! I don't recommend this hosting at all!

In my life I was working with customer services for over than 15 years and I NEVER seen such disappointing company. I offer you at any price DO NOT accept any offer from then, waste of time and money. Their performance is totally unacceptable, it's like pay and to everything by yourself, no tech support at any side. Also I have facing almost 90% of downtime! To bad can't upload here photo as proof, can't believe they are still allowed to advertise.
